the Yekaterinburg nuclear sub resulted from a violation of technological rules.It said 
the fire occurred while the submarine was sittting in dock for repairs 
at the Roslyakovo shipyard in the Murmansk region.The Yekaterinburg is a Delta-IV-class 
nuclear submarine.A ministry official said a fire engulfed wooden scaffolding at the 
yard, but refused to give further details.
