Attention:: Beneficiary,
Following the announcement of Nigeria as the largest economy in Africa, the President of the federal republic of Nigeria Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the Finance Minister Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala held a closed door meeting to discuss how to further strengthen our ties with our foreign counterparts to improve the economy and grow the GDP. It was decided that the CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA immediately clear all debts/long outstanding payments owed to foreigners.
This we believe will strengthen the relationship with other countries and encourage investment in Nigeria. Hence, you are advised to contact Mr. Chukwuemeka Nzeribe if you are yet to receive your payment of
$52 million

for the immediate release of your funds as he has been designated with this responsibility by the Presidency and Senate House.
