Am 24.10. 2001 wird VIPER 21 er=F6ffnet. Auch in diesem Jahr hat VIPER 
eine intensive Recherche betrieben, um eine Auswahl an spannenden und 
innovativen Arbeiten auf den Gebieten Film/Video und CD-ROM/Internet 
pr=E4sentieren zu k=F6nnen. Beim VIPER Online Wettbewerb konnten direkt 
auf der VIPER Website Videos/Filme, Animationen, sowie interaktive 
Comics/kleine interaktive Games upgeloadet werden.
Ab dem 2. Oktober 2001 wird auf http://www.viper.ch eine Auswahl 
pr=E4sentiert und das Publikum hat als Jury die M=F6glichkeit, bis zum 
27. Oktober (12:00 MEZ) seinen Favoriten zu bestimmen. Die Preise 
werden im Rahmen der offiziellen Preisverleihung am 27.10. verliehen.

Nachtcafe der Kom=F6die Basel.

Viper 2001 opens on October 24th. During the last year, Viper has been on a
constant research to be able to present now a selection of interesting and
innovative projects based on film/video and CD-Rom/Internet. In the Viper
Online Competition, artists were asked to upload videos/films, animation, or
interactive comics and games directly on the Viper Website.
A selection of them will be presented on http://www.viper.ch from 
October 2nd. The visitors have the opportunity to chose their 
favourite until October 27th (12:00 MET). The
winners will receive their awards at the official award ceremony on October
27th. 

Press conference at the 16. October 10:30a.m. At the Nachtcafe in the 
Kom=F6die Basel, you are all invited.
