The first round of digitization of the German copyright law according
to the EU Copyright Directive has been concluded in early July. The
next one will start right away. Time to look at the balance sheet and
think together how to take it from here.

What are our main critical issues and demands for the second round of
copyright lawmaking?
- enforcement of the digital private copy
- preventing the abolishment of lump-sum levies

Determining target audiences, and the channels and stages through
which to reach them. (The search for the "seal babies" of the info
sphere).
