globalRADIO - MHZ & STREAMING @ GLOBALE06 BERLIN 09.03.-11.03.2006

Was ist ein auditiver Katalysator und wie kann er kapitalismuskritisch
wirksam werden?

Für 3 Tage wird auf der globale06 ein temporäres Radiostudio mit
lokaler Sendefrequenz und Internetstreaming eingerichtet. Es wird
offen sein für Festivalbesucher und Macherinnen und eine Kombination
von Übertragungen aus dem Festival, fixem Programm und
Ad hoc-Sendungen bieten. Audio Grafitti inklusive!
Geplant sind u.a. Beiträge zur Sozialhilfe, Sendungen der
Arbeitsweltredaktion des Freien Radio Kassel, Interviews mit Berliner
Arbeiterinnen, ein Hörspielversuch über die Kritik an den
ausgelassenen Zeilen von George Orwell's BBC-Radioadaption von
"Farm der Tiere", Netzradio- und Mini-FM Workshops.

What is an audio catalysator and how can it become an effective
criticism on capitalism?

For 3 days there will be a temporary radio studio set up with a local
radio frequency and internetstreaming at the globale06 in Berlin. It
will be open for guests and participants and provides a combination
of broadcastings of the festival, a fixed programm as well as
ad hoc-radio shows. Audio Graffity inclusive!
Broadcastings planned: about social welfare, submissions from the
Arbeitsweltredaktion (labor redaction) of the Free Radio Kassel,
interviews with Berlin workers, an Hoerspiel Essay about the critic
of George Orwell's BBC-Adaption of _Animal Farm_, Netradio and
Mini-FM Workshops.
