In a linear conception of time, the future is the portion of the 
timeline that has yet to occur. We want to provide practical 
countdowns for special moments in space-time that still have not 
occurred... even if some of those moments already happened. Please 
consider that JavaScript has to be activated to display the 
countdowns. And don't hesitate to submit new dates (and sources)!
