Subject: CURATORIAL TRAINING PROGRAMME 2002
In April 2002 Stichting De Appel Amsterdam will start its eighth
international curatorial training programme.
The participants will attend an intensive programme of lectures, seminars
and discussions with artists, museum directors, curators and critics from
the Netherlands and abroad. During the course several excursions are
planned. Up to six participants are admitted to this 7 months course.
Deadline for application is 15 DECEMBER 2001. An international committee
will make the final selection on the basis of interviews, taking place in
January. Candidates are to have a degree in art or art history and/or have
relevant working experience in the field. Their English must be fluent.
Candidates apply by writing a letter with their motives, accompanied by a
project proposal, a curriculum vitae and two written recommendations of
former professors and/or employers.
