      Within the  framework of the 43th International festival of short
film and documentary in  Bilbao, the French Insitute of Bilbao organizes,
with Heure Exquise !, Zinebi  and the office of cooperation and cultural
action of the french embassy in  Spain, a program on video creation : =20

fifteen years and  an homage to Jean-Paul Fargier   The  program will
consist of five sessions, two of which will be dedicated to  Jean-Paul
=46argier =19s work. Heure  Exquise ! has been entrusted with the
retrospective. It will take place >from the  27th of November to the 1st of
December 2001 in the  Auditorium of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.   The
