hi,

it seems all well-known news sites are completely overloaded, so perhaps 
useful for some to note that the guardian website in the uk are carrying 
minute by minute coverage <http://www.guardian.co.uk/> and is still not 
quite hit enough to have stopped loading.
every other major uk news site is impossible to access.  the american ones too.

also, abc news in australia have a continuous audio broadcast: 
<http://www.abc.net.au/news/>.

the city of london (the financial district of london) has been totally 
evacuated.
