[spectre] Just doing cultural studies, got a problem with that?

Recently I brought AIR-L, Nettime, Undercurrents
to a screeching halt. 


I'll start some new lists soon one dealing with Internet 
governance [@party] another for serious academic researchers of 
Internet [Forum for Internet Research and Education]
and a third, later, on cultural politics, similar to Undercurretns
but for the Lads too.

What does SPECTRE do? More importantly, what does SPECTRE not do?
