"Science  =19n Art Summer        Camp"



=46=FCr die  Ausstellung Science  =18n Art Summer Camp vom 16.8.-7.9.02=
 sucht der
lothringer13/LADEN (M=FCnchen), Arbeiten von K=FCnstlerinnen und  K=FCnstler=
n,
die auf Themen im Bereich Wissenschaft reagieren. Dies kann den
inhaltlichen Aspekt der wissenschaftlichen Arbeit, die formale Pr=E4sentatio=
n
dessen oder die Arbeitsweise der Wissenschaftler betreffen. Das Medium der
Arbeit ist frei, Performance und Aktionen sind ebenso m=F6glich wie
Installationen, Medienarbeiten etc.- Anything goes! Jeder
K=FCnstler/K=FCnstlerteam erh=E4lt maximal 300 Euro f=FCr Sach- und Reisekos=
ten.



Die Ausstellung und Aktionen finden im  Rahmen des Wissenschafts-Programms
=1ENew Frontiers in Science  =13 Weltstadt der  Wissenschaft, Medien, Kunst =
und
Wirtschaft =1C, einer Kooperation von EH Euro-House  mit der LMU M=FCnchen
(Akademisches Auslandsamt), dem DAAD und dem  lothringer13/LADEN statt. Mit
beteiligt sind Max-Planck-Institute, die GSF und  die Fraunhofer
Gesellschaft, auch das Goethe Institut soll eingebunden werden.  Studenten
und Mitarbeitern der Goethe Institute werden in vier Wochen
Spitzenforschung in M=FCnchen gezeigt  =13 der LADEN ist dabei zentraler
Treffpunkt  und Schnittstelle zum Kunstkontext.

"Science  =19n Art Summer Camp"



=46or the show  Science  =18n Art Summer Camp that will be held from Aug 16
=13Sep 7 at the  lothringer13/LADEN in Munich, we =19re looking for works by
artists who  react to topics in the field of science. This can concern the
contents of  the scientific work, the formal presentation or the way the
scientists work. You  can work with any kind of media; performances and
happenings are possible as are  installations, works of media-art etc.  =13
Anything goes! Every artist/group of  artists gets a maximum of 300 Euro
for material and travel expenses.



The show and  performances are part of the science-program  =1CNew Frontiers
in Science  =13 city of  science, media, art and economy =1D, a cooperation =
of
EH Euro-House together with  the University of Munich (Foreign Exchange
Office), the DAAD and the  lothringer13/LADEN. Further involved are the
Max-Planck Institutions, the GSF  and the Fraunhofer Society. The Goethe
Institut shall also be integrated.  Foreign Students and employees of the
Geothe Institut will get a four weeks tour  of top-technology research in
Munich while the LADEN will be the central meeting  point and connection to
the art-context.



Deadline for concepts:  Friday Jun 21st 11:59 P.M.
You have to  enter:



   * A paper describing your work (with sketches, pictures etc. if you want
to)    * Calculation of the costs (300 Euro maximum including travel and
