This seminar accompanies the 8th  Baltic Triennial of International Art
Centre of Attraction. It completes the  cycle of lectures about centres and
theoretically crystallises the topic of the  exhibition. Professionals from
various disciplines discuss the notion of centre,  its importance and
analyse the specificity of the centres of different  origin.
