[spectre] switch off all caps!

dear friends,

there are some very agile spam-viruses going around at the moment, 
which is why systems administrators are tightening the spam control 
on their servers (i've received around 30MB in identical spam 
messages from mostly norwegian servers in the last 24 hours ...).

this also means that messages with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in the 
subject-line can easily get filtered out (like nina's response to the 
tirana thread which i resent just now without the cap's).

so: keep it small!
