[spectre] Read_Me festival: the deadline is approaching

Dear all,

The deadline for Read_me submissions is approaching: it's March 1.
Make your submissions, ladies and gentlemen!
Say it with software art!
The projects submitted before the deadline will be considered for participating
(along with their authors!) in the off-line event in Helsinki on May 30-31.
Runme.org will continue working as an online database of software art after the festival on a permanent basis.
