On the morning of May 30, two members of the Critical Art Ensemble were subpoenaed by the FBI on their way to the "Interventionists" art show in which their work appears. The FBI, we now know, will seek to indict Steve Kurtz before a grand jury in Buffalo, NY on June 15 on charges related to "bioweapons." Incredible as this may sound, it is true.
