es ist sehr shwer heute f=FCr kunstler in Europa Creative Commons Lizenz
zu gebrauchen, als die ganze konzept ist nur noch bei US Gesetz=20
praktiziert. Viele inziative das bei  iCommons label arbeit =FCber das
beschr=E4nken am http://creativecommons.org/projects/international/.

Wir (Multimedia Institut in Zagreb) haben diese proces f=FCr Kroatien=20
http://creativecommons.org/projects/international/hr/=20
haben vor kurzem eingeleitet. Unserer Kunster trafe f=FCr 3 yahre=20
GNU/GPL lizenz bei http://www.egoboobits.net/ f=FCr musik, video und
multimedia.=20

This is so hard ... I am switching back to English :(

So if you are looking for European applications that are recognised in
national/EU leagal system you still want find any.

If you just look for people interested in this field and willing to
publish creative media works (NOT CODE!) than I can help with few hints,=20
but this would save only few hours of googling around anyway.
