to all the people who give a damn about other people, without asking what is their country, color, religion or sex...

i cannot force you to read this message. it is of no cultural value, actually.

there is a song by rage against the machine called 'war within a breath'...
i won't talk about wars now. i'll talk about lifes within a breath.

each man has to die. it just is that way. but how do you feel when your end is decided by an unfair trial in a country which is known to be unhumane and agressive?

five Bulgarian women are to be shot in Libia because of an unproven accusation that they intendedly infected children with aids. these five women are medics. the world's top aids experts stated that the five medics are innocent - but noone in Libia would listen.

this is not a problem of just Bulgaria. it could happen just tomorrow to someone you know... if you are against barbaric laws and unproved accusations, you should stand up. we ask you to. i ask you to. we are not all that different, you and i - maybe you also have dreadlocks, maybe your hair is curly too, maybe your eyes are brown,... maybe you're human.

i'm the most honest man out there right now. because i know that it has to start somewhere... it has to start sometime... what better place than here... what better time than now?

all i ask of you is to fight for this cause - because it's a human cause. i ask of you to draw all the public attention you can towards this trial... because they just may live and return to their homes after six years of trials...

you know, they aren't no prisoners no more. they're more like hostages...

you can help them. do so.

thank you all,
stanimir raynov & vlado taulov, editors of an unmentioned Bulgarian art webzine
