International Festival of art and new technologies

The festival will present 76 artistic works (interactive installations, 
performances, screenings, computer games) from 20 countries around the 
world.


In the large Vitkov monument http://www.vitkov.net/galerie-vitkov.html that 
was a mausoleum during communism, there will be installations (most of them 
based on game engines) and evening performances:

Futuristically appearing TV Tower http://www.tower.cz/english/ will host 28 
screen-based projects and few digital prints that relate playfully and/or 
critically to the phenomenon of computer games.


Palac Akropolis http://www.palacakropolis.cz/  will host few installations, 
performances and the whole night programme that will present different 
styles of contemporary electronic music and the Czech independent labels.

In the Institut français de Prague will be located multiple screenings and a 
3 day conference (lectures and panels such as: Music in computer games, 
Future and art between codes and genes, New media theory, New media 
education in the Czech republic etc.)
