[spectre] spectre-mod: who is ar@cicv.fr ?

on the Spectre list, we are receiving continuous bounces from the 
address ar at cicv.fr. however, the address is not subscribed to the 
mailing list and we are looking for the actual name/address of the 
person who uses this forwarding address.

can anyone help?
