just back from a week in montreal and toronto where i was invited by 
the Digifest and Elektra festivals, and had a chance to meet a lot of 
people, saw exhibitions and visited places. no time for an extensive 
report, but below is an (accidental and completely non-exhaustive)

to many hot-spots of digital culture. - next there is the Mutek
