This book is a publication on purpose of the seventh edition of zemos98 
festival [a space and a time for audiovisual culture]. The last part of 
the book contains an english version with different articles that 
reflect on the idea of «General Intellect» or «Collective Intelligence», 
specially on the relationships established between these concepts within 
the limits of artistic creation in the current technological context.
