The question of this prize [the next idea] in a: of course it is of a very
good idea, BUT the limit age is too short. It should allow to submit a
project by older competitors - till 30 years old at least:)

The idea that the new ideas would be necessarily associated to the youth is
more erroneous and sectarian than arbitrary.

Indeed, count of new ideas imagined in the youth take shape of work or are
available developed later n a available to the public. It regards not only
for the art but also for Sciences or Letters.

The collective fulgurance of the premium youth remains an exceptional but
also exceptionally rare event. It is necessary to give to the new ideas
other chances that those of the prediction: for example the time to exist as
performing work or as object.

Everybody is not Hölderlin or Rimbaud, but there are also Einstein or
Baudelaire, Marie Curie, or Virginia Wolf.

Finally, to privilege the invention in its academic frame is associated to
the general agreements of the university studies, but the main part of the
mode of the invention is often parallel or marginal (this also concerning
the age).

In the remarkable context of Ars Electronica, "  International Competition
for Cyberarts ", " COMPUTERANIMATION / VISUAL EFFECTS " such a
misunderstanding can be a pity, even we know and we understand the way of
the concessions to certain precious partners or certain precious announcers
supporting collective digit arts demonstrations.

The materialist emergence of the invention after all is rarely the one which
had been lent to early works contrary to appearances.
