Re Ivor:-
I remember a friend telling me of being at a show where Cutler was 
performing. Some people arrived late. He stopped everything, and 
looked at them pointedly as they embarrassedly found their seats. 
Eventually he said, "Money means nothing to some people".

I believe he also used to go into Foyles, the London book shop, and 
sign copies of his own books.
