produced by the d.u.m.b.o. arts center (dac). The
original 1997 festival spawned the creation of DUMBO’s
first non-profi t arts organization,
which was founded in December, 1997. d.u.m.b.o. arts
center (dac) is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profi t public
registered charity.
