For those involved with RFID in their works/researches, below what I 
discovered
by accident :

and the opinion poll :

Interesting points :
-the pages are all in english (even if a "free" translation" of the 
poll is available).
-the commission, not directly from european citizens elected, is 
looking for
public opinion.
-this delevopment/discussion about RFID was not widely published (as 
far as I know)
