the new artistic forms and new media meeting
Friday, September 29th | Saturday, September 30th | Sunday, October 1st

For this fourth edition, Emergences is devoted to Game Art - in 
articulation with the new edition of the Villette NumŽrique: Play! 
digital creations and video games - and creates an artistic space on 
the CitŽ des sciencesâs square. Coming from all over Europe, the 
artists try and understand the video games codes and culture and 
immerse the public in an entertaining and festive universe.
This giant multimedia playground of almost 1000 square meters will 
welcome installations, shows, concerts and performances during 3 days 
and 2 exceptional evenings. Emergences also proposes 2 electronic 
nights at La Maison de la Villette; and at day time the " ItinŽraire 
GameART" exhibition, whose path will connect La Maison de la Villette 
with the CitŽ des sciences et de lâindustrie.
