In response to hard-hitting cuts in public arts funding in the UK two
petitions to Downing Street are currenly available for those who wish to
support the arts in this country.

The first one is more generic and is now the 16th most popular petition
out of the 7448 currently listed - you can sign at
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/lotteryolympics/

The second one is more focused on the impact to cuts in arts subsidy, and
therefore also very important to arts professionals/potential
artists/academics: http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/arts-subsidy/

best wishes
