POWER OF DISPLAY 44 (SCHNITTPUNKT)

Initiated by "schnittpunkt. exhibition theory & practice"
(http://www.schnitt.org) the lecture series "power of display" seeks
to stimulate reflection on current exhibition practices and to test
experimental exhibition forms.

The upcoming issue of the event in co-production with "basis wien -
Kunst, Information und Archiv" (http://basis-wien.at) deals with
curatorial methods on the Internet. A virtual tour through exemplary
projects is the starting point for a discussion about question of
display and modes of exhibiting New Media and Internet-based Art.
