Hi Elisabeth,
we can say that every type of digital art is created by modifying 
technology.

Meta-technology is a precise, scientific model and its purpose is not to 
create some "aestethical digital object" but to reveal those aspects of 
technology that we are not able to see because we are surrounded by 
technology.
