I'm forwarding this from a largely Scottish list to highlight what  
looks like attempted censorship of an arts magazine in Glasgow,  
Scotland... It is interesting because the dispute is about an article  
concerning the creation of a private organisation to take over the  
running of Culture and Sport in Glasgow. This may be happening in  
other places...
