Young Cape Town creatives working in all 
disciplines are invited to apply to join the CAPE 
Africa Platformís Young Creatives Programme.

An innovative new art awareness initiative, the 
Young Creatives Programme aims to facilitate 
skills development, promote fresh creative talent 
and independent artistic vision, and inspire 
exchange between Cape Townís diverse artistic and 
cultural communities.

Successful applicants of will have the 
opportunity to participate in a workshop series 
facilitated by leaders in South Africaís creative 
industries and to get involved in the CAPE 09 
Exhibition, a ground-breaking contemporary art 
event set to happen at venues throughout the city.

Application is by nomination only and is open to 
creatives working in all disciplines ñ from art 
and design to film and music - who are between 
the ages of 18-35.

The programme is offered free of charge to 
participants willing to show commitment by 
allocating time to this and other CAPE Africa 
Platform programmes.

Running time: Saturdays, April 2008 - July 2009
