     The Art of Gathering Environmental Data #1- Open Call

The Finnish Society of Bioart, together with Pixelache, is organizing
an unconference during Camp Pixelache 12.5.2012 with plenary speaker 
and facilitator Jennifer Gabrys, Goldsmiths University, London.

The days theme "The Art of Gathering environmental Data" at Camp
Pixelache 2012, covers ecosystem theory, environmental monitoring,
related art&science projects and citizen/ participatory science, in the
context of open data. One key question is: How can we support and
develop the activities that are already going on in institutions at a
more grassroot level like “producing reliable citizen science data” ?
