PRESS RELEASE

*Three premieres by Janez Janša, Janez Janša, Janez Janša*

Aksioma is proud to announce the participation of Janez Janša, Janez
Janša, Janez Janša in the *14th MIFF Media Forum in Moscow*, organized
in the framework of the 35th Moscow International Film Festival. The
work of Janez Janša, Janez Janša, Janez Janša will be featured in the
exhibition *Expanded Cinema 3 — Mocumentary: Reality Is Not Enough*,
curated by Olga Shishko (art director of the MIFF Moscow Media Forum),
and in the accompanying screening and lecture series. The exhibition is
hosted by the *Moscow Museum of Modern Art*, and will take place between
June 25 and July 26, 2013.

Mocumentary: Reality Is Not Enough presents the cutting-edge selection
of contemporary art works in the genre formed in the combination of
cinema, video and media art. Featured are the works of 15 artists and
groups, including Harun Farocki, Omer Fast, Milica Tomic' and Walid
Ra’ad / The Atlas Group. All these artists work with the imperceptible
transition from reality to its distorted reflection in the age of the
television boom, media consumption and the growing passivity of the
audience in fact analysis. They represent a critical overview and an
active political position, creating new legends by means of video,
editing, special effects and dramatizations. In the frame of the
exhibition, Janez Janša, Janez Janša, Janez Janša will *premiere the
installation */*Troika*/*(2013)*. The artists, who in 2007 joined the
conservative Slovenian Democratic Party (SDS) and officially changed
their names to Janez Janša, display a set of official documents
indicating their political orientation, legal status and means of
economic operation: 3 SDS membership cards, 3 ID cards and 3 MasterCards
with a reproduction from their earlier action Mount Triglav on Mount
Triglav embossed on each of them (Triglav is the highest mountain in
Sloveniaand preeminent symbol of the Slovene nation). These documents
are displayed in opposition to a video showing the letter the three
artists wrote to the politician Janez Janša soon after changing their names.

Between June 21 and 26, 2013, the MIFF Media forum will also host a
Lecture Programme including open lectures and workshops by Omer Fast,
Monica Studer and Christof van den Berg, Milica Tomic', Nonny de la Peña
and Peggy Weil, Manuela Morgaine, and Janez Janša, and a screening
programme featuring the following films: /Lightning/by Manuela Morgaine,
/The Falls/by Peter Greenaway,/Lessons of Darkness/by Werner Herzog
and*the Russian premiere of the documentary */*My Name is Janez
