landlord will have you do a background check, rental history which costs like $30 or
something, if you have lived outside the state then its an additional $50. Also, there
is a $300 deposit. So if you moved in this month, its prorated, so its like $9 a day. no
pets on site laundry the red apple market is right across the street 711 is 2 blocks

Hello my name is Kyle Kaysner and I am a 23 year old guy who has lived in Tualatin most
of my life. At the current moment i have been staying with family friends in Tualatin. I
also am losing this residence in December. I have little money for rent/deposit. I am
looking to spend between 200 and 400 dollars for a room to rent. I work part time
downtown at Jeld-Wen field so something near there would be the most appropriate,
athough i am looking mainly in the Tualatin/Tigard area, along 99W/Barbur, downtown/the
Pearl, or anywhere between SE Hawthorne SE Burnside west of 125th ave. I help around the
house, do my chores and "family-style" cleaning without being told, can pick up any
extra tasks as needed, and am a very friendly and personable roomate. I can also be the
roommate who simply pays his rent on time and is scarcely a bother to the home as I
understand both wants in a roommate so please let me know what you prefer. If there is

 30yr vegan woman an okay human I am pretty alright, and I want to live in a place,
ideally in SE, for less than $600 a month. I have a steady job and am reasonably
well-spoken and articulate, try to be decent to people and communicate my needs
effectively, don't leave dishes in the sink, and am house-trained. I like gardens and
hot tubs and dogs but don't need these things in my life. If you have a wee house in
your backyard, or a room for rent, or need someone trustworthy to sublet, I am a
qualified applicant. If you, like many craigslist people seeking housemates, feel
compelled to dictate when I can come home, how late I can sleep or whether or not I can
bring people over, we probs won't get along; though I honestly am pretty quiet and don't
bring home the cavalry these days, and just think it's a bit weird that my housemates
would dictate my personal goings-on. I have a pretty remarkable ability to sleep through
things, so if you have a room facing the street or next to a doggy daycare or some
ridiculous noise-making thing, sign me up for that room. You can skip contacting me if
you want anything but money in exchange for housing (thankyou craigslist, no) or your
house has fleas in any number, as I am allergic. If you want to hear about how totally
