[spectre] Hai Art: news & call to the Finnish governement

This week Hai Art won a prize for best cultural practice in a competition for the EU/ governmental funded projects between 2007-2013 in rural Finland. While we are critical of EU and Finnish governement policies we are honoured to be recognized for our cultural work on a national level. It was encouraging to see positive examples of how this development program has benefited rural areas. 

We want to call out to the Finnish government to cancel all further plans to build nuclear power plants and support the development of sustainable energy solutions. Hai Art asks to reconsider its tolerance to the 'Russian state-owned nuclear power giant' Rosatom as a main investor and contributor of technology for the on-going power plant nearby Hailuoto.

We continue our work in Hailuoto in 2015.
