[spectre] Live coding CFP extension

Hi all,

Due to numerous requests the deadlines for the International
Conference on Live Coding have been extended by a week. A call for
workshops/special sessions has also been added.

Here is the new timeline:

Performance submissions deadline: 23rd February 2015
Paper submissions deadline: 8th March 2015
Workshop submissions deadline: 8th March 2015
Notification of results: 10th April 2015
Camera ready deadline: 10th May 2015
Conference: 13-15th July 2015
