is an artist-run initiative organising informal
residencies and events in Charleroi, a peculiar
shrinking city right next to Brussels.<br>

lang="EN-GB">In July 2011, Hotel Charleroi starts its
second session after last year’s initial project. This
time the basis of Hotel Charleroi will be the
contemporary art museum BPS 22, which is currently
closed for administrative reasons. Hotel Charleroi is
interested in developing new approaches to art in public
space, therefore the museum will be defined as an
accommodation infrastructure and not as an exhibition
space.</span></font><br>
