<br>Michel Feher is a philosopher, founding editor of Zone Books and president of Cette France-lą, a French organization that publishes an annual volume dedicated to a critical analysis of the immigration policy of the government of Nicolas Sarkozy. He is the author of 'Powerless by Design: The Age of the International Community' (2000) and a co-editor of 'Nongovernmental Politics' (2007), with Gaėlle Krikorian and Yates McKee. <br>
