It is not free. It is just security that it is free for the industry
with some incentives for artists to have the pleasure to be
mentioned as artist with their very name etc by the nicenst
industry. The costs of content. Why shouldnt they pay? If not by the
industry how shall artists survive anyway?<br>

And rules that are written for the industry dont fit into other
artists lifes. There are very ugly cases possible without any
responsibility for any wrongdoing with huge financial consequences
if an "artists" complains....<br>
