A bit of a mysterious figure, we're not sure exactly what he'll be doing at Computer Club but there will be some algorithms involved..</div><div><a href="https://soundcloud.com/pcmus/sup">https://soundcloud.com/pcmus/sup</a></div><div><br></div><div>*Ardisson* - aka Charles Matthews is known for the techno he put out on Seed records, and his profound TB303 mastery shown in the below video. For the past few years he's been focussed on augmenting Gamelan instruments with transducers, controlled by algorithmic patterns. At the Stubnitz Algorave he brought a Roland TB303 and Gamelan Bonang pots together in algo synchrony. Looking forward to seeing what he does this time..</div><div><a href="https://vimeo.com/447869">https://vimeo.com/447869</a></div><div><a href="http://ardisson.net/">http://ardisson.net/</a></div><div><br></div><div>*Canute* - Improvised algorithmic techno duo made up of algorave founders Yaxu (aka Alex McLean) and Yee-King:</div><div>-> *Yee-King* - Matthew Yee-King is an old skool drill 'n bass producer, his classic album SuperUser on Rephlex recently placed at #32 in FACT magazine's top 100 IDM albums. For Computer Club he'll be playing live processed drums, including triggering some wacked-out evolved sounds.</div><div>-> *Yaxu* - Alex live codes with his own Tidal language, making algorithmic, broken rhythms that you'll be hearing more of on his forthcoming solo Computer Club EP. He's also one third of the live coding band Slub, and co-founder of the Algorave movement.</div><div><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAq4BAbvRS4">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAq4BAbvRS4</a></div><div><a href="http://canute.lurk.org/">http://canute.lurk.org/</a></div><div><br></div><div>*Norah Lorway* - Norah's LPs (including on her Xylem netlabel) are dark and ambient, but her live algorave sets are multilayered, dynamic, live coded techno. </div><div><a href="https://soundcloud.com/norahlo/fierce-festival-algorave-club-fierce-excerpt">https://soundcloud.com/norahlo/fierce-festival-algorave-club-fierce-excerpt</a></div><div><a href="http://norahlorway.com/">http://norahlorway.com/</a></div><div><br></div><div>*Hellocatfood* is Antonio Roberts, glitch artist and curator of international reknown. For the Computer Club Algorave he'll be live coding (and glitching) algorithmic visuals, using a range of languages and hacks.</div><div><a href="http://www.hellocatfood.com/">http://www.hellocatfood.com/</a></div><div><br></div><div>Supported by Sound and Music, the national agency for new music.</div><div><br></div><div>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>></div><div>Jake Harries, Creative Producer</div><div><a href="http://www.access-space.org">www.access-space.org</a> +44(0)114 249 5522</div><div>@accessspace <a href="http://facebook.com/accessspace">facebook.com/accessspace</a></div><div>3-7 Sidney St, Sheffield, S1 4RG, UK</div><div><a href="mailto:jake@access-space.org">jake@access-space.org</a></div><div>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>></div></div><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><div><br><br></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
