Who is tracking who in Finsbury Park?<br><br>Date: Saturday 13 June, 10.30am - 4.30pm<br>Venue: Furtherfield Commons<br><br>Walkshop, making session and drop-in day Come for one or both sessions, or just drop in for a chat about MoCC over tea and cake.<br><br>11am-1pm - Data Walkshop with data activist Dr Alison Powell (LSE)<br><br>Arrive from 10.30am at Furtherfield Commons, the community lab space in Finsbury Park, for a short introduction to the project. <br><br>We
will be walking around the Finsbury Park area for approximately an
hour, followed by refreshments and discussion. Please bring:<br><br>appropriate dress for the weather.<br>a camera or smart phone for documentation.<br><br>2pm-4.30pm - Making session: LEGO Re-creations & Interactive Posters<br><br>Work
with Cultural Geographer Ian Cook to turn your commodity stories into
activist LEGO re-creations and stop frame animations. Carlos Armendariz
will workshop Nathaniel Stern's slit scanner hack, to translate your
data findings into visual events and produce arresting images for
interactive posters.<br><br>You are welcome to bring your own smart phones and computers along.<br><br>This
is a drop-in event so arrive whenever you like, but booking will help
us to know how many people to expect. You don't need to attend the
walkshop to participate in the afternoon session. Everyone welcome and
