since the Festival is the Medium of Digital Arts (so far) and not the Museum/Archive/Library, knowledge on Festivals (existing and historic) is important.<br>

With other people we worked on this list, but it is still far from being complete. Collectively we could bring this one step forward.<br>
So please feel free to use it and also add your knowledge on a main infrastructure of our field..<br>
