Liebe WOS-Interessiert,

wir müssen uns erstmal für das lange Schweigen entschuldigen. Hinter den Vorhängen 
wird heftigst jongliert und das im Multi-Tasking-Modus. Die zweite Wizards-Konferenz 
nimmt langsam Gestalt an. Daher ist es an der Zeit, die geschätzte Aufmerksamkeit 
erneut auf http://wizards-of-os.org zu richten, und dort insbesondere auf den Punkt 
"Themen & Panels". 

Wir haben auch erste Beiträge aus dem Themenspektrum der WOS erhalten: Einen 
Hintergrundtext von Skúli Sigurdsson "Yin-Yang Genetics, or the HSD deCODE 
Controversy" und die Präsentation "Meditations on COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE" von 
Pierre Lévy, der leider nicht teilnehmen kann. Der erste ist eingelinkt unter 
"Schatzpolitik", der zweite unter "Kollektive Intelligenz."

Noch ist einiges zu tun, bis es in zwei Monaten soweit ist. Die Panels müssen nun 
zeitlich aufeinander abgestimmt werden. Der Relaunch der Web-Site steht bevor. Ein 
Weblog zu den Themen der WOS ist in Vorbereitung. 

Doch dazu bald mehr.

Dear,

we first have to apologize for the long silence. Behind the curtains intense juggling in 
multi-tasking mode is going on. The second Wizards of OS is gradually taking shape. 
Therefore it is time to call your valued attention to http://wizards-of-os.org again, and 
there specifically to the link "Topics & Panels". 

We also received the first contributions in the WOS spectrum of topics: a background 
text by Skúli Sigurdsson: "Yin-Yang Genetics, or the HSD deCODE Controversy", and 
the presentation"Meditations on COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE" by Pierre Lévy, who 
unfortunately will not be able to participate in person. The first one you will find linked 
in under "The Politics of Treasure", the second one under "Collective Intelligence".

There remains still quite a bit to be done until the conference will take place two 
months from now. The panels have to be coordinated along the time-line. The relaunch 
of the web-site is about to happen. A Weblog on the topics of the WOS is under 
preparation.
