well, i have some sort of aversion against looking at power point slides
 (even if made with 'impress') for too long. it was more the methods or
 principles. every federal gov contractor has to agree to make things
 they develop open source. documentation has to come with fully 
documented xml schema. portability has to be guaranteed. they are 
very proud of their id chip card, but thats the project i least liked. the

unfortunately i have long planned a trip to ex-yugoslavia and i am giving a
talk in belgrade that day. 

the main important thing to propose at this stage is to make open spectrum
 a main topic and to try to invite David P. Reed. If this can be agreed on then
 we should start working on it, i think the man is busy.
