Dear Volker,

I am joining the Ministry of Culture as Coordinator of Digital Policy. This is a
new post, which reflects our desire to build a "cultural umbrella" at government
level to the digital revolution that we deem cultural in nature.

Ronaldo Lemos and Hermano Vianna entusiastically encouraged me to contact you
and to inform you that I will be able to be your liaison with our ministry and
our government.

Although Minister Gil will not be able to attend, I would like very much to be
informed of all the developments of the Wizard of Os venue and, eventually, if
it is in your interest, to build the participation of the brazilian government
in your agenda.

By June, we will certainly have a lot of interesting achievements to report. We
are working to tropicalize the digital rtevolution which means to undertake a
very ambitious leap from the 19 century directly to the 21st century.
