I have a feeling i'm one of the few persons on the list that can't  
understand german...

from the title of the subject, my impression is that themes for the  
next WOS conference are being proposed and/or discussed. If that is  
the case, i would happy to contribute my ideas as well. Let me know  
if it's more appropriate for me to send comments on the list, or  
email the planners directly.
