Somewhat veiled in secrecy, which is kinda strange when you're drafting a
statement in favor of free circulation of ideas and knowledge. Anyway,
with the likes of Larry Lessig, Gilberto Gil, Peter Drahos and Jamie Boyle
on the steering group this is going to be interesting. The Charter is
apparently nearing completion. It will be put on public debate on 14 July
at the RSA House in London.
