[wos] Camcorder Revolution panel

Janko, thank you for your thoughts. I hate to say this. This panel 
does not exist any more. Please do not refer to the "concept" pdf any 
more. That's dated. The current information source is the regular 
website. The 14 panels listed there are pretty stable by now.

Sorry about the misunderstanding. At this point, we can only discuss 
additional speaks on existing panels and workshops, BoFs and 
specials.
