[wos] Call for Shirt

thinking about what is to achieve and the role WOS plays in this process (in my opinion) this came to my mind:

just a rough, q'nd sketch; I'm not an illustrator, but you 'll (hopefully) get the idea...
Color, font, graphic style, 'wos4'-logo(-placement) et cetera are open to discussion, if anybody likes the idea (should be tuned to the official design, i think).
