[wos] wos4 is happening, help wanted

Exactly, these are long-term projects. And the wos is a three-day 
max. 14 panels event. The panels indeed are gone tomorrow, but they 
can and should, of course, have an impact way beyond this. But for 
the panels and the conference as a whole to have an impact they need 
to be focussed, and that involves making choices. Having to do so can 
majorly suck, I agree.
